BU061. A post 1953 small gilt brass mess jacket button, it is 1/2 in diameter and marked Stokes Melb.
BU062. A small silver metal pocket or cuff button, it is 5/8 in diameter and marked Stokes & Sons.
BU066. A small black Bakelite hat button with a metal loop made by Australian Consolidated Industries from Feb 1939, it is 1/2 inch in diameter and marked on the back with the maker’s symbol, letter and Y6-283.
BU072. A large grey plastic uniform button, it is 7/8 inch in diameter and made by Stokes MELB, possibly unfinished.
BU074. A small black Bakelite cuff or pocket button with a metal loop, it is 5/8 in diameter and is unmarked.
BU079. A large gilt brass uniform button, it is 1 inch in diameter and marked Stokes & Sons Melbourne. 2 holes in back.
BU080. A large gilt brass uniform button, it is 1 inch in diameter and marked Stokes & Sons Melbourne.

PI186. W. J. SANDERCOCK 417420 R.A.A.F. was not discharged on 11/1/1945 - he was shot down over Norway.
