John, I will check and re-photograph without a flash, but I cant see cadets having officer rank. Lindsay.

I'm not too sure what's going on with the rank slides here, possibly just the lightning. Although the light blue background of "AAFC" indicates that the person is a cadet.
The white is for cadet staf
