PI277. A grey metal cigarette case marked “Barwyn Australian” on the holder and engraved inside R.A.A.F. – 8006 - 16-1-41. The front is engraved J A C with a small metal eagle in the top left corner. John Arthur Cooney enlisted on 16 Jan 1940 at Laverton and discharged as a corporal from 13 Aircraft Repair Depot on 23 Oct 1945.

I have a rare collection of RAF cigarette cases and a Box all made of sterling silver and I am communicating with the RAF Museum about the collection.
